Earthwork and site prep are foundational. Get them wrong and everything built on top suffers for it. We do this work carefully, using the right equipment for the scale of the job, and we're honest about what we can and can't take on.

We handle residential-scale earthwork: clearing, grading, drainage, and site prep for homeowners and families. We're well-suited to rural parcels, raw land projects, and properties with drainage or erosion challenges. Large commercial or high-volume development grading is outside our focus.

Buying raw land and planning to build?

Site prep and earthwork are among the earliest and most consequential decisions on a raw land build. Getting the grade right, managing drainage, and locating the building footprint and access properly sets up everything that follows. Because we also do residential construction, we can think through this with you as a whole, not just hand you a graded lot and move on.
