As a licensed general contractor, we take on the full range of residential work: building new homes on raw land, full remodels, and fixing what's broken in the home you already have. We work directly with homeowners and families throughout Orange, Durham, Chatham, and Alamance counties.

We're not set up for tract housing or volume development. What we do well is the project that actually matters to the specific people who will live with the result. We'd rather do that right than do a dozen things at arm's length.

Many people feel shut out of today's housing market. Prices are high, inventory is low, and what's available often doesn't fit how you actually live.

One path worth considering: buying a raw or rural parcel of land (often significantly more affordable in this region) and building a custom home designed around your real needs and budget, instead of paying a premium for someone else's choices baked into an existing house.
